1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply
of goods sold by Ptah-Ra's Handmade Cards
(the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided
on Ptah-Ra's Handmade Cards website. Together with the completed order form, these
Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in
relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods
constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Cards
Every greeting card is individually handmade
by Ptah-Ra therefore there may be a slight variation on each design. All
materials, envelopes and gift boxes will be chosen from stock if the particular
envelope, gift box or other material shown in the card image is not available
at any time.
3. Ordering
You can buy products from us online using your
credit or debit card . Our payment service provider, PayPal, provides a
secure
purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card
payments.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta,
PayPal
Account or Personal Cheque. When paying by Personal
Cheque your order will not be dispatched until your Personal Cheque is cleared.
4. Prices
4a. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
4b. The price payable
for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the
time you place
your order.
4c. We reserve the right to change the
prices of the products at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the type of card and
quantity chosen. Please contact
us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will
investigate.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for
whatever reason, you should contact us to arrange a return. We regret that we cannot refund goods which are personalised, made to
order or customised in any way unless they are faulty.
